Rahlio plans and sells holidays. We build you a plan, sell it to you, take the payment and buy the travel from suppliers — your contract is with us.

Who we are and what we sell
Rahlio takes your trip requirements, finds available hotels with our accommodation suppliers, and sells you the booking. Further services (flights, activities) will be offered when available, on the same terms.
When you book through us, the contract is between you and Rahlio. We take the payment and we are who you come to for changes, cancellations and problems. The travel itself we buy from suppliers — airlines, hotels, activity operators — and their availability and conditions apply to you too.
With an agent or without — the same price
You can book on your own through the site or the app, or have one of our agents look after you. The price you pay is identical either way.
Agents are Rahlio staff, not a separate business. Their commission comes out of our revenue and is never added to your price. If an agent handled your booking, their name appears on it.
Your account
Every customer gets an account showing the plan, the booking, what has been paid and what is outstanding, and the trip itself — readable offline while travelling.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us immediately.
Prices, availability and transparency
Every price we show carries its source and the moment it was checked. A price pulled from a supplier is marked as such; an estimate is marked as an estimate and is never presented as a final price.
Prices and availability move. Your price is fixed when you pay — and if a supplier repriced between your choosing and your paying, we show you the change before charging you and never bill the difference without your agreement.
Fair use
Do not use the service to book in someone else’s name without their permission, supply false passenger details, or attempt to extract information about other customers.
We may suspend an account used this way and cancel bookings made through it.
Liability
We are responsible for the service we sold you and for coordinating with suppliers. We are not liable, beyond what the law requires, for loss caused by matters outside our control — weather, decisions of authorities, strikes or force majeure.
Nothing here reduces your rights under Israeli consumer protection and tourism services law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
